Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• Customers may request to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Cancellations can be requested via email at info@gpsmart.in or generalproductssalesgps@gmail.com, or by calling 9629787008 / 8925318155.

• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. Customers may instead request a return after delivery.

2. Returns

• Returns are accepted only for:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect items delivered

• Customers must notify GPS Mart of any return within 24 hours of receiving the order.

• All returned products must be in their original packaging and condition. Products used, damaged, or tampered with may not be eligible for return.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed only after verification of the returned item.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase whenever possible.

• Processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider but generally takes 5–7 business days after the return is verified.

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for damaged or incorrect products only.
